Hey everyone, my name is Jon. I started my weight gain journey back in 2023 after getting really sick at 180 lbs, 6’3. I’m currently 217 lbs and trying to get to 230 lbs of muscle.
My current routine involves 45 min cardio 2-3 times per week and 2-3 sessions of full body at the gym. So far, so good!
I’m consuming around 4,000 calories a day as well. 40/30/30 split.
