Welcome!
I think the best advice I can give is to start getting in the habit of recording EVERYTHING you eat and drink. Maybe spend one week only doing that.
Remember to look at your data as you go. A lot of us cant remember what we ate 3,4,5 meals in the past. It may surprise you.
It can be pretty overwhelming to take on everything at once- exercise, rejecting food cravings, re-inventing your diet, etc...0
