Hello everyone. I am trying to, once again, motivate myself to track (accurately) my fitness or lack thereof. I have a full-time job, and a family, and I find it hard to motivate myself to get up and move. I am hoping to find a buddy in the future to help keep my motivated and accountable. But for starters, I'll track my intake and workouts.
