Thought it might helpful to hear how people go about carb cycling and what’s worked for them
Ie how many day low carb how many days high carb and how to adjust based on training

    Carb cycling overall has no effect on fatloss unless you're at an extremely low bodyfat preping for a contest.

    In normal situations for people low carbing, it can be advantageous to consume most of their carbs an hour or 2 before training strictly for training energy only..
