Vegetarian - low carb is tough!
HI all, I'm a vegetarian and am looking for some more protein inspiration! One eventually cannot eat so much tofu and tempeh, etc... I keep hearing conflicting evidence about lentils - some people say they are a carb and some say they are a protein...help, what are your takes? Thanks!

On heavy exercise days...
Do you ever up your calories or protein? I ran 6 miles + was on my feet a lot throughout the day. Gives me hunger pangs so I ate some "extra" homemade beef jerky tonight. I feel a ton better. Anyone else need to make certain adjustments on their heavy workout days?

I love that I can plug all my food in for the day and play around to get the right macros (or close to it) using MFP. Does anyone actually do it far in advance?
