Breakfast fast
I have a good idea for breakfast. I don't have time in the morning and I work early. The night before, I cook 3 egg whites, and put it in the fridge. Then I get an English muffin, and a piece of weight watchers cheese. I have it all ready, in the fridge. I just heat it up in the morning. Saves money, and is better for you!

Must have beans in the fridge
Hi all, this is more a tip than a recipe but it works for me. I tend to have an open can of beans i.e. red kidney beans, white butter beans or any other beans, also chick peas in the fridge. When I make something to eat, I usually add a tbs of beans, like with a salad. This way I snack less! Hope it helps. Works for me…
