I used the following ingredients: 1 cup Liquid Eggs (i used Better'n Eggs) 3 oz/56g Canned Chicken Breast in Water (i used Kirkland) 1 tsp. pepper I microwaved it (in a dorm microwave so i have no idea how powerful ><) for 4 minutes; stirring every 1 minute.
