Advice on the last 15lbs

Puffy and water weight from new lifting sched?
Thought maybe someone could help... I have heard that a new lifting regimen could cause temporary water weight and puffiness. I feel so puffy and the scale has SHOT up! I was doing p90x and I just switched to a standard push/pull/legs split and I have been lifting heavy. Is this normal? Thanks!!

Hiya Today ive input my day into MFP and its telling me that ive eaten 1605 calories (slightly over my TDEE - 20% of 1590 but not bothered as working my way up to TDEE -15% anyway). I found this group a few days ago and have increased my calories to 2040 a day which is TDEE-15%. It's only been two days of eating more but I feel better, have more energy and the scale (which hasn't moved in a long time) has went down 1.8 lbs. I feel so empowered! :)

HRM as good as Fitbit to figure average TDEE?
