Hi everyone! I am confused on the dairy free aspect. A little background. Question regarding activating muscles.
Hi all, we started doing DDP last week, love it so far. One question, when your doing diamond cutter, touchdown or really any of the moves. DDP says to engage your muscles, does that mean squeeze your muscles? When we do the punches, the resistance should be tensing up your muscles and not just doing it slowly correct?…

Red Hot Core
Just did RHC for the first time today. For only being 15 mins it's awesome! It also showed exactly how out of shape my core is! I couldn't even do the modifications on one of the moves!! I'm so frustrated!! Hopefully it will get better!
