I need to check out the calculator. I run faster at 117 which I am now vs 123-125 which is what I was last year. I mean, I instantly got faster. I dropped 5lbs between when I got home from the Disney marathon is January and march and I finally broke 2 in the HM. Pretty sure it was the weight loss. I'm F 5'6".

I love my misfit shine. It is fairly accurate. My monthly burn minus my food for march was about ~6600 (trying to remember from the spreadsheet this morning). I lost 2.4 from the third week of Feb. to yesterday so it's pretty accurate (I weigh once a week or so).

Oatmeal is not boring when you add raisins, walnuts, honey, and cinnamon! I put all ingredients in a mug with water in the fridge then just microwave it the next morning. Perfect pre-race meal.

This is the saddest post I've read all day. Just keep forcing the fruits and veggies til you have a taste for them. You have to get used to them and get the junk cravings out of your taste buds. They are so delicious cooked and combined so many different ways!

You should get a scale to keep at work. I weigh all my food now at work like bananas, but even things like granola bars need to be weighed. I eat about 60% carbs and my good cholesterol is 71, ratio is 2.3. I do not eat many meats and get most proteins from plants. Try just cutting back on animal products and replace them with plant proteins.

Based on stomach fat, although now I am trying to replace about 1 lb of fat with a lb of muscle and stay the same weight. That's when a scale that measures muscle will come in handy.
