Week 3 PW-255 CW-255 I am happy I maintained for this week. It was a birthday celebration weekend with wine tasting and Italian food. Love the fact that my gym opened and I don’t have to drive an extra 11 miles out of the way.

Week 2 weigh in PW 260.3 CW 255.0 So happy with myself this week. Pushed myself to go to the gym and haven’t eaten bread in 3 days. Now all I need is the weather to warm up and stay warm.

Week 1 weigh in PW 256.3 CW 260.3 Very upset with myself that I allowed my emotions to take over this past week. I don’t eat many carbs and this past week I ate pizza, French fries, bread all week. I know it will be better going forward.

Hey Everyone, excited to be back and part of the challenge. I am coming off a wedding and a 3 week honeymoon that included way to much food. I have recently started the keto diet and working out more than I used too. I can’t wait for all the motivation in the group.
