Reaching 2 milestones when I lose 1.5 more pounds....first, I'll be at halfway to my goal. Second, I will have lost 20% of my body weight. Excited!!

Pretzel Crisps now come in a mini size. 42 minis to a serving for 110 calories. Usually I'm content with a 1/2 serving. Combine them with Dave's salsa that I get at Wal-Mart. The salsa is only 10 calories for 2 tablespoons. Delicious!!

I lost 28 pounds in about 15 weeks just doing CICO and walking about 3 or 4 times a week for 3 miles. Good luck to you! You can do it one good choice at a time.

English muffin with 1 piece of ham, 1/2 slice of provolone cheese and 1 egg - delicious!

I had room for Baskin Robbins ice cream in my calorie count, so I enjoyed it. The nsv is that the lady scooped me a much bigger scoop than a serving, but I only ate 2/3 of it. Had to stay within my calorie count! I have let ice cream go to waste before. Although it didn't actually go to waste because my husband ate it!

I have set up lots of incremental goals and made a google calendar for just those goals. Some of them are lose 1st 10 pounds, lose 5% of my body weight, lose % of my body weight, be in the 100's (wonderland!), have less than 50 pounds to lose, etc.... I have figured out approximately how long this should take, then add 3-4…

I've been doing 1200 calories for 90 days and have lost 26 pounds. Once I adjusted to 1200 (which took a week or so), I have done just fine. I have 1-2 days a month where I am simply too hungry to eat 1200, so I switch to maintenance those days. It may be hormones, maybe not, but I figure my body is telling me it needs…
