I have 8 weeks till a wedding and I would love to fit the dress I got for it. I need to lose about an inch so I'm sure I can do it5

I read an article from Popfitness back in February - one of those “easiest full body workouts to do if you only have 10 minutes.” The work out was essentially to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes. Yeah, I wouldn’t call that “easy” at all... but challenge accepted.
I now do a 5 minute burpee (push-up variant) challenge 1x a week for 3 weeks straight then try a 10 minute burpee challenge every 4th week to test my overall progress against goal.
So far:
PB for 5 minute burpee challenge: 44 burpees
PB for 10 minute burpee challenge: 67 burpees
I WILL get to 100 burpees in 10 minutes some day... I expect to get to 50 burpees in 5 minutes within the next 4-5 weeks.
Relentless forward progress is key.16 -
My mini goal is to lose 20 pounds by next month because I will be ‘50’ years young5

My mini goal was to reach my wedding weight on my 10 year anniversary and I did it! Next mini goal is to fit a dress I wore before my first child for a wedding this summer9

Hello all. I am a type 2 diabetic. In dealing with some heavy life issues I totally fell off the wagon with my eating and my A1HC went from 6.5 up to 8.0. I had been so close to getting my levels to a healthy mark and was pretty disappointed that I let things get away from me.
My mini goal is to continue the lifestyle change that I have implemented since my last doctors visit so that my next A1HC test in July will be back in the 6.5 or below range.
A second mini goal is to break 200 pounds. I was 214 pounds at my last doctors visit almost a month ago so hoping to get there soon.7 -
The last mini goal was to just finish my thesis and make it to graduation w/o gaining. Complete!
New goal: stick to my fitness plan for May, and slide back into the habit of cooking frequently. By June, I should be back to normal, and can focus on weight loss again!12 -
Vacation in June. I'm wearing a 2 piece no matter what, but I would like to look a little better than this right now.6

To get into 180s - 1.3 lbs to go. That would also mean the total loss of 80 lbs
I did it! 190.0 as of this morning!!just in time before going on vacation, gain some more pounds and then start losing to reach that magical number yet again But I know I can do it - this is not first vacation I've taken since my weight loss journey started in January of last year...
Ok, an update, I am now at 188 lbs as of last week, which means whatever lbs I gained in Mexico are gone and took with them a couple of more pounds
Next goal: 185 lb by the end of June or earlier7 -

To me this post is like an Agatha Christie novel: so much going on that I can't understand or keep track of the plot lines but the 'feel' is clear. I am also in a 5lb (ok 7lb) prison and I salute you, my eloquent friend. We will get there!4 -
I got my first tattoo at 12 lbs down, and decided I'm getting one at each ten lb mark. so I currently have 8.7 lbs to lose to get my next tattoo.5

Next weight/size mini-goal: ONE-derland, 5lbs to go. Then another lb and I’ll be under 90kg which is my primary measuring unit, but one-derland is closer so I’ll work on that first
Next NSV goal: staying active and eating somewhat sensibly during a super hard week of studying, so I don’t feel like crap physically on top of the mental load. I’ve done that whole eat-like-crap-and-don’t move-at-all thing of studying on sheer painkiller power because of back/neck issues, then not sleeping well and eating like crap on top of that. Was not fun. This week won’t be fun either, but I’ll get through it with my sanity and health intact, and my thesis turned in my midnight on Monday. I also did the wise thing and I already have a massage appointment booked for the day after the deadline.8 -

I want to be using the 5th extra hole I punched in my belt by the middle of the month (currently the 4th is a little loose) and have to punch a new hole by the end of the month. I'm refusing to buy any new belts because punching holes is much more fun.7

We WILL. And these words came out of me under some really awesome influence of Nyquil. I have scheduled a "storm the dragonpants side of the closet" in roughly two weeksish (more likely 3) and "fish out the beautiful leather jacket" to try that sucker on.
The dragonpants are the pants I can't wear, the ones that try to eat me like the jaws of death. Until I shrink, and tame them.
AND LET MY AWESOME FLY.11 -
My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this year with a weekend trip to Chicago! I'm at a healthy weight currently but am a little more squishy than I'd like, so I have just over a month to focus on recomp so I can look great in the new dress I bought for our weekend away!7

Bought a two piece swimsuit that I don't want to look like a complete slob in this summer. 5-10 lbs of winter weight gone would be my mini-goal, but 15-20 would be my ultimate.4

Reaching 2 milestones when I lose 1.5 more pounds....first, I'll be at halfway to my goal. Second, I will have lost 20% of my body weight. Excited!!7

Loose 5 pds (and be under 20st mark) by June 9th for my godson's wedding... know it's not much in that time but with my 3mths old not sleeping I'm shattered and find it hard to stay on track of loosing weight when tired out.5

Lost enough weight (I hope 7 kgs) to not have inner thigh rash at summer. I cannot wear skirts and mini shorts on summer because of having big thighs7
