Handstand without using a wall if I fall backward.. so basically beating that fear haha4

I’m seriously impressed; I have arms of wet noodle and can’t even do one!
I hear you on the fitness goals, though. My main one at the moment is that I want to be able to function after my BodyPump class, rather than falling asleep3 -
I'm able to fit into size 6 jeans now, albiet a bit tight! 25 more lbs to go and I'll be heading to maintenance land2

Right now my only goal is to lose something, to prove myself that I can do this again! Last year I've lost 3kg with myfitnesspal, but then I gained them back (the original and actual goal was to lose 7kg), now I want to try again but for some reason I'm convinced that I can't do it, and I really don't know how I did it last time... So even losing 0,5kg will be important for me!
So, first goal achieved, I lost 1 kg and I'm now confident again then I can do it, albeit very slowly.
Next mini-goal: be able to wear again a pair of pants I bought last time I lost weight. I'm going by the pants and not by the weight because I changed scale in the meantime...5 -
right now my mini goal is to be under 200 . im about 23 pounds away so far6

My goals are less objective. There isn't really a number that I'm chasing. I just want to look good in the mirror. I guess I could measure double takes, smiles, and winks in public? Haha6

Going surfing in 2 weeks! I wear bikinis anyway - but want to feel less fat and ready to pop up on the board!

I want to get to One-derland. I've been bouncing around 206-211 for the past 2 months and I think there's some self sabotage going on. Just need to STAY FOCUSED and I know I can do it.12

Getting under 150 pounds ~ 3 pounds to go. Also strength training 3 times this week instead of 2.5

Buy a new swimsuit. My old one still fits and I’m sure I will look better in it, but I want a red one. I’ve never had one and I am excited to get a red one, with any concern as to how it will look on me.5

Not having to request a belt extender when I travel by air this summer and being more comfortable on a king oversees flight5

I’ve got one final pair of size 14 jeans, that still muffin top on me. I wanna shrink into them and have them fit perfectly preferably before I fly home June 1st4

Getting up to those 20lb dumbbells. Currently on 15s. And dropping to under 150 (2lbs away!).3

Is not to look at the scales but body fat % instead.
The goal is loss 2% per month so far 2 months down and 4% down.

To get under 140lbs... haven’t been able to do it in 12 years, get close but haven’t broke it yet. Also to start lifting weights. Very intimidated by a gym but I have to force myself to finally do it...2

We leave for Disney World in 19 days. I'm down nearly 20 pounds, and hope to get down a few more before we get there. I want the lap bar to actually fit in my lap and not on my belly. Not to mention I don't want to put my daughters' safety at risk if they're riding with me and the lap bar won't go down far enough.9

Well last night they fitted perfectly! Alas today they are too tight! Guess I need to shrink some more before I can wear them

To get to my goal weight of 112lbs, I'm going to a festival on 24th and seeing as I only have 1lb to go, I think I can do it. Also I want to be able to do a full push-up by the end of my 30 day challenge, which started yesterday. It'll be the first time I've had the strength to do it for over a year.6

Micro goal - hitting my first GW of 190 (< 2 lbs away)
Mini goal - running 3 miles without stopping by the time my kids school ends (June 21?), I'm at 1.5 miles as of now. We'll be moving and I really want to conquer the route I've been doing before we leave.4 -
Mini-goal is not letting it get to my head. Currently visiting some family members who haven't seen me in more than two years so I'm getting a lot of those 'Wow, you've lost a lot of weight, good for you!' comments. I've still got as much as 20 pounds to go, but knowing me this type of positive reinforcement will have me getting overconfident rather than motivating me to work even harder, and I don't want to end up thinking to myself, 'Well, this is good enough,' then get lazy.11
