Breakfast: Oatmeal and blueberries or banana Lunch: Sandwich and egg for protein and 3 fruits Dinner: 1 protein 1 type of carb 1 vegetable Sometime eat in front of theTv. but usullly watch from the table.

I would like my inner thought s to stop telling me to eat ice cream. 2 I am not looking forward to fall or winter at all. I enjoy not wearing a jacket or coat.

My class at WW. mentored me until changes took place with the sugar changes than things fell apart and started ganing . i am on my own and doing much better doing things my way.

1) I get a sweet tooth sometimes. 20 I try to keep better foods around so not to be able to over indulge.

Home weigh in. Gave up WW. meetings and online due to the changes that actually made me gain and just could not get it. I had a hard time finding my way and paying for what was not working. I now treat my weight loss as I did when I lost on a previous WW. program and It is working slow and steady.

Tracked every day weight loss .3 calories still higher than my goal.

I need to keep night time eating/snacking under control. if I could do that I think My weight loss would improve quit some but it is a challenge as of now. I have maintained this tear so far but have not lost a more than 3 lbs. total to date this year and no where near the goal I have set for loss.

I track every day and everything. When I don't track the weight piles on sometimes 2 to 3 lbs. a wk. I need to hold myself accountable every day.
