My "genetics" made me fat, yet when I cleaned up my eating and exercised regularly, my "genetics" suddenly made me fit and healthy with a total weight loss of 80 pounds. People love excuses.... :)

Everything is extremely sexy about me, so it's hard to nail it down to one thing. I guess it would be my humility.... :p

I am faithfully serving others here on MFP while managing my Victory-N-Jesus revival blog. ...and I am leering at porn....and "burning calories"...haha >:)

I weigh myself before bed and right when I awaken. The benefit? I always know where I am based on my training and food intake. Knowing the truth is always beneficial, but you just need to have the courage to face that truth with reasonable expectations. Good Luck!

Oh well...I'll get dressed.... :/

When you eat whole foods, you never again need to worry about what processed junk is available.

I have always self-medicated negative emotions with food...and it bloated me up like a walking land-whale. My mommy and daddy are to blame which is why we never talk - well, that and they're both deceased which just makes me want a gallon of chocolate ice-cream! :(

I only eat out on a cheat day. It's a ruined experience when I have to budget calories and exclude fabulous items or knit-pick the menu to death.
-
I took a cheat decade...and things just went bad...real bad...

A bit of castor oil after a high protein meal makes my colon explode quite nicely.... o:)

Dropping body fat is a function of a clean, healthy diet like whole foods --> meats, eggs, beans, fruits and veggies... You are what you eat. Further, fat loss is enhanced by certain forms of training like HIIT cardio, weight lifting and plyometrics. 80% of our results are from diet, so get that right first or learn to…

On My Fitness Pal, I lost an average of .73 pounds per week for a total of 110 pounds lost. No "whoosh"...and maybe it's just "whooshful" thinking on your part. :D

yep, the change begins about age 23, creeps up about age 30, and somewhere between 32 and 40...the blubber piles on much easier.... Most just give up on themselves.

If you buy the loaf unsliced, it's just a single piece of bread....one whole bread piece...for me to eat...

I would ask to get naked and breed, then ponder why I am in a coffee shop! I detest coffee....

The doctors and nurses all tell me I am a very barbaric patient.

We are from a place where educated people never end their sentences with a preposition.... B) I saw that on a TV show...and the other lady said in response: " OK, where you from...B I T C H !" haha Anyway, we're in Central PA! Welcome

YEP I do 2 hours per day 6 days per week, and that's about my fitness goals - not weight loss. On top of the cardio, I strength train for about an hour as well. You must set your own goals about physical fitness, then couple that with a clean, healthy diet to lose weight. Good Luck!

The average American watches 4 hours of TV every day....and people don't "have time" to exercise...haha As for your question, I gave up TV. I have those 4 extra hours....

I have a vision in my heart and mind a unified, peaceful society without war, a culture without hate. <3 o:) <3 And I can picture us attacking those fools, because they’d never expect it.

Gas does not make the scale rise.....but it can get risky when coupled with mild diarrhea. I learned that lesson the hard way....

Just keep calm, eat clean, get the guy talking and have confidence in yourself. And put out! :p Almost forgot the most important item - haha

Apple cider vinegar has many health properties, but it's no miracle cure for weight loss. At day's end, weight loss is about metabolism vs energy [food intake]. People trying to sell you snake oil like to mask this reality, so BEWARE! I use apple cider vinegar I make at home 4 times daily, and again, it's for optimal…

If you even need to ask, the answer is no, you should not. MFP is like joining the mafia; once you're in, there is no leaving!

I perform both, because each offers different values toward physical fitness.

Women are usually not in the gym to hook up with some creepy gym rat. Most are goal oriented, and time is an investment not to be taken lightly and wasted with chit-chat or idle musings. Life is not a porn flick.... :o

I do not have an issue with self love, but accepting obesity is a sham. We've become this culture of crybaby snowflakes too insecure to face the truth about the consequences of laziness and gluttony which is a fat body in ill health. I have no patience for anybody rationalizing failure.

I am totally in favor of you people getting the flu shot. That's because I invest in public corporations that supply flu shots. As for me, nope! Flu shots are of little value, but get it anyway. o:)

I jog in place as a warm-up for jumping rope or plyometrics. You won't get great results just jogging in place, but something beats nothing.
