What would you recommend one should eat the day before a gruelling boot camp? Although it's probably too late now as it's evening time here and my very first 6 hour boot camp starts tomorrow. My friend who encouraged me to sign up has now bailed on me, and I'm terrified!!

I have been going to the gym for 6 days in a row (so far)! I usually get bored and get lazy going- always finding an excuse not to go, but I'm happy I am making the effort especially after a long day at work! It feels good after a sweaty work out!

Agree with above, it could be genetic. I suffer from it, not only is it because it's genetic but I also suffer from a kidney problem so I am prescribed BP meds for it. Ask if you can see another doctor if you are not satisfied with the first opinion.

Lol oh no I wouldn't do it! It's just someone sent me this link and they're seriously thinking about joining! I'm totally against it. I prefer doing it the old fashioned way of eating healthy and doing the exercise! Also, with further research, just saw on watchdog that it's a scam site! :( I do hope my mate hasn't…

Thanks everyone! That's a relief! I didn't just jump into doing it everyday. It's been on and off. But recently it has been everyday. But it's mainly interval running and brisk walking. I'll be sure to listen to my body if I start to ache!

I must remember that. That's a good one!

I've got a kidney problem /nephrotic syndrome but I go over my protein. Doc's not said anything as my kidney function is currently stable thanks to my change in diet and plenty of exercising.

I seem to keep seeing ladies writing that their cellulite has disappeared after going on the raw food diet. I don't think I could do that diet though.

I am absolutely LOVING JM's Killer Buns & Thighs. I'm on Day 5 of it and I can really feel the difference already! I love how it targets what it says on the tin! It still has HIIT and some yoga poses in the workouts. I like to combine this with her 6 Week 6 Pack on some days too- also another favourite. Both roughly 40mins…

I just so happened to read Jillian Michael's facebook page's post. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jillian-Michaels-30-Day-Shred-DVD/79773030589 "HAVE YOU MEASURED? If you are starting to workout - you MUST measure. People get discouraged because they jump on the scale after a week of busting their butts & eating good to…

That's right. It's usually stock broth of chicken, beef, fish or vegetables

Well I'm no nutritionist but I usually just listen to my body. If I'm "feeing" hungry I'll drink water, and if I'm still hungry I'll eat.

It consisted of strength training and a 5K run

Wow!! Keep up the great work!!

Test your resting heart rate perhaps? Maybe this needs updating if you've been working out a lot. Perhaps your oxygen intake has improved therefore the numbers may not be correct. Double check your settings again.
