  • If I use machines, I up the inclines. I burn more with an incline than without on the same pace. Hope this helps a little...

  • My scale hasn't really gone down for this challenge, but i am going to keep trying hard this week. Stress and my BUSY schedule I know plays a part in it, but i'm not going to get down on my self. we will see what Friday brings, and if its a loss thats great if not, i'll keep going for the next challenge :)

  • I don't really have any input, but I would like to hear what people have to say about this too. I work more than 40 hours a week + School...I find it really hard to fit everything in and exercise is normally what does first. :frown:
