5000 ui a day and I have not been sick since I s tarted it in July. Even a small cold when I feel it coming on usually is gone before it even sets in. I take 5000 Vit D, Vit B complex , Chromium Picolinate 1000, Multi vitamin with iron and calcium for women. I need to get Fish Oil and take that and if it lowers BP that would be a huge plus for me

I usually go to the gym for Zumba so there is a group there but I prefer to at least meet someone there to keep me accountable and push me to go but lately that has not been possible so usually it is solo with a group.

I use Jillian Michaels and Body by Vi. Body by Vi as a quick meal replacement when I am in a hurry with some fruit in it is great!! Jillian Michaels is inexpensive and you can get it at Walmart f or like $10.

That is exactly how I was and exactly what happened to me. I started eating breakfast the sugary snacking stopped. The high carb intake stopped. I had more energy and started losing weight. I eat protein bars and a banana or a protein shake. That was it tastes a little sweet which is what I seem to crave in the mornings…

If you love Zumba at home try it with a group of people. It makes it even more fun. I have no rhythm and two left feet, half the time I just do my own moves while I am trying to figure out what I SHOULD be doing. The trick it just keep moving. I love it so much. If you give yourself 5-7 days with no unhealthy foods, drink lots of water, your body will purge its need for unhealthy foods. You will even find after a few weeks when you eat unhealthy foods they do not taste as good. Also I take Chromium Picolinate x2 day which helps curb the need for sugar and high carb foods.

Take it slow and ease into it but be thinking ahead too. Learn to pre plan your meals and then your exercise. If you know you will have a full day with food then make the time to exercise to balance it somewhat.
