I absolutely agree with carb binging begets carb binging. I was binging and gained quite a few lbs in a very brief period of time. My "cure" was simple. I allowed myself to binge but only on 3 items. Ditto with above comments. I love Quest bars. Unfortunately, I love them too much and eating 2 - 3 per day adds some major calories so I have had to forego the bar. They are good though.

AMEN to all above posts!!!!! In the same boat! I tried planning a small plate of my favorite foods and prepared it carefully. Of course I ate all of that and then fixed a 2nd and then a 3rd "small plate"....UGH! Better to just not have those items in the house and not get started!!!!!

My husband is just coming to understand the depth of my issue. The binging used to be once every 3 or 4 months. Now its nightly. That's hard to hide..and work off. 14.6 lbs of weight gain in less than a month. My heart goes out to what you are going through. Hang in there....

I'm in! Looking to drop 12 lbs in November! Adjusting macro's has really helped (lowered protein a bit and increased fat)...that was a difficult move!!! :) Wishing all a successful November!!!

I probably need to increase my fat %. I'm hungry and no where near where I should be at from a macro perspective. I have fat set to 55%. Oops!

I stretch every day. I take yoga classes 5 to 6 days a week and take Muay Thai twice a week. At the end of every Muay Thai class they make you stay for stretching. Its amazing for the body!!!
