    wow ... long list for me so just say that i always make sure i have raw honey, steel cut oats, chicken,fish,turkey,boneless pork loin, good cuts of beef, every veggie you can think of, herbs, coconut oil ,olive oil, a big jar of chopped garlic, cinnamon, almond milk, varied nuts , varied fruits both frozen and fresh, dried beans , fresh onion and dried onion, frank's hot sauce, tuna , almond butter, honey wheat pretzles, eggs, balsamic vinegar, spring greens with spinach, COFFEE
