I just started the ZWOW workouts, did #4 today. I was huffing and puffing but I got through it. I think it helped that I did Insanity before I started these. Looking to add fellow zwow friends

No workout today. My lower back has been hurting when I do the v squats and the military press ones. It has never hurt before and I don't know if it's normal or not.

Missed yesterday...was out all day in the cold and rain. I woke up early and did lvl 2 and my goal is to do lvl 3 later on tonight.

My arms hurt but I did it! On the plus side I can see a hint of abs, I'm so excited!

Missed yesterday because I was exhausted and sick. Felt a bit better today and did lvl 3.

I used 5lbs and 10lbs today....not too bad. Yay!

Side lunges, with weights yuck.

I did lvl 2 today. My arms are a bit shaky but trust me you can do it.

I'm alternating levels I did 2 days on lvl 1, 2 days on lvl 2 and two days on lvl 3. I'm back on lvl one and my weights felt like feathers, which is crazy because my arms were burning on day one. I'm off to buy me some heavier weights!

So I'm on day 7 and my 5lbs are so not cutting it anymore. I'm going to the store to get 8lbs or even 10. I would have never said that on day one!

If you just can't resist sweets then I think it's best to throw them away or get them out of your house. Stock up your kitchen with healthy snack choices that include lots of veggies and fruits. Hope this helps.

I'm 5'4" 120lbs, just started strength/weight training. I wan abs real bad...great legs and arms won't hurt either.

I love zumba! Sadly it has been neglected since I started Insanity. Will need to dance a few songs soon so it won't get jealous. haha.

Day four over here and my muscles are a teeny tiny bit less sore than they were yesterday. The strength circuits always kills me.

I'm using 5lbs weights. I think I might get some heavier ones for the easier exercises.
