Im on my 3rd week and love how I have set it up and loving my results so far .... I also decide for the next to weeks to not count calories…

I dont follow the nurition guide i just watch what i eat and make sure to eat between 1700 to 2200 calories depend on what i do a day i walk a lot at work so if im at work plus do my tapout before work i eat more that day then when im off .. I make sure i get my protein ,veggies…
  • TF i awesome Chalean is a great instructor and the workout are challenging but so much fun that it does really feel like work.. I did it a few months back it helped me to kick start my weigh loss back and lost 30lb and ton of inches.. It is one of my top programs to do...

  • When i first did Turbo Fire i was pretty heavy i was about 247 and i just had to modify some of the high impact moves until you can do them if it hurts your knee...But overall its a great workout and very fun to do... I lost 30lbs with that program and its one of my favs to do...

  • I Did the 20 week program and lost 30lbs and the did the hybrid of P90X and TF and lost another 10lbs so a total of 40lb with this workourt and i love it .......Its hard but so much fun and once you get the moves its so much easier....

  • I love Turbo Fire i finshed my first round of it about 1 1/2 months ago i lost 30 lbs I followed the schedule just as it was basically working out 6 days a week.... Im currently on my second round of it doing a hybrid schedule of turbo fire and P90x but the program is great and you we will see amazing results if you stick…
