  • i usually grill me a Jennie-O Turkey burger on the George Foreman grill and heat up some egg whites in the microwave for dinner. its quick and its under 300 calories..add a slice of ff cheese and enjoy it on the egg whites :)

  • im to am training for a marathon, but mines is a half marathon and im goin to do P90X with my training. It will be my first half marathon (i already did a 5k - with no training = 29mins) so im goin to take that chance and see what happens :)
  • Sounds like a bunch of excuses to why you can't workout. There are plenty of programs that you can do at home, even with a 2 year old. you can workout when she takes a nap, you can get in some squats, some jump roping, some something..plenty of ppl find the time if its important to them. Im jus saying.

  • MFP calorie count is not accurate. If i was you, I would invest in a Heart Rate Monitor that comes with a strap. Other apps and MFP in mY opinion has nothing on the actual HRM readings..Jus my thoughts :)
