First let me say this, I personally don't have anything against bodybuilders or heavy lifters....but honestly, all that damn grunting to lift a weight and dropping the weights is not all I need to be hearing while I'm trying to workout...therefore, go and do that at another gym..PF is a damn good gym and it's fits most ppl…

i personally dont see anything wrong with that idea..keeping the heart rate up is a good thing to me, i use to do jumping jacks or push ups in between my sets....why waste that time that is given...i say go for it and do what makes you feel good..different strokes for different folks :) thats my moto.

You can always slip in a DVD while the lil one takes a nap :) also, if u have a hour at the gym..switch up machines, te Twenty minutes on elliptical, twenty minutes on bike, twenty minutes on treadmill..or thirty mins cardio and thirty minutes strength training..

Get rid of the protien shakes and switch to SHAKEOLOGY...it comes with great recipes...I'm not a beach body coach...It is a great product :)

First off, congrats for starting a GREAT program for weight loss...keep eating ur five meals and drink lots of water...change doesn't happen overnite...female bodies are so sensitive to things that we eat..so watch ur sodium intake...u can tackle this head on... Joyce
