im sorry but eff a treadmill. so boring!!! probably 30 minutes, maybe 35. MAX0

28 minutes on May 10...ran at 5.2 mph, 2% incline.

12 miles @ approx 6.3 mph. I much prefer running outside though!0

100 to 120 minutes. I have to be thoroughly involved in a movie or show for anything over 45 minutes.0

Almost an hour.. I get in to my music and do intervals to help from getting bored. Works sometimes...0

Okay, fine, I wanted to see the end of the hockey game on TV so I watched it from the dreadmill. Just glad it didn't go into OT.0 -
One hour...I get bored after that...but I try to get in a minimum of three miles and a maximum of six miles0

200 hours. I had to do a 20 miler for marathon trianing but the weather was bad. I had to stop at 18 miles as I wanted to kill myself from bordom.0

Maybe I'm a weirdo, but I actually like the treadmill. It's my 'me' time - I pop in my ear buds and ignore the world. I regularly do 60-75 minutes 5X/week.0
