    big bed of mixed greens topped with curried chicken salad ( greek yogurt, craisins, scallions, celery, TJ's thai curry sauce and chicked that was poached in coconut milk) yummo!

    Also packed some sllced veggies, crunchy carb bits and an apple

    That sounds delicious!!

    I'm having a piece of grilled tilapia and a half serving of valley fresh mac and broccoli.

    Well since I forgot my lunch today I went out. Wendy's small chili and baked potato with just butter. Not my best choice, but it could've be way worse.

    4.5oz fajita chicken on 2 cups romaine lettuce, 3oz baby carrots, 1 grab bag baked tostito scoops, 2 T. salsa. Yummy, pretty filling and low in calories!
