I agree with manique45. Tootsie Pop's kept me from munching on road trips. Yes, it's sugar but only 60 calories and they take a long time to eat. A dietitian/nutritionist told me about them years ago. It beats hundreds of calories in chips, etc.

Amy, nuts, apples, frozen grapes, frozen Greek yogurt bars-things that take time to chew or eat. Also drinking water, coffee or tea.

skinnytaste.com is our "go to" website for tasty, healthy meals. If you don't find it in the recipe list, she has a search bar on the home page. We have never made any of her recipes that we didn't care for. Entrees to desserts, etc.

Most of the time, no. If I make a habit of it, I either gain or maintain. Weekdays I burn 700-1000+ caloriea on cardio machines at a local gym. Each of us has to find what works of us.
