I stated out using EA Sports Active 2 in our Wii. It's also available for other systems. Walking is great exercise and time to think or review the day. Gradually increase your distance, grades & speed.

People not cleaning their cardio machines when they are done, any cell phone use other than lobby, too much cologne/perfume-it bothers my asthma.

Thanks for the inspiration! As of November 2012 I've lost 130 pounds in 1 year (almost half way to my goal). I lost my mojo 2 months ago, gained 16 pounds. Today is day 2 of back on track. Your pics show an amazing transformation! Just what I needed to push onward, again thank you!

I feel your pain... I sleep for 2 hours, then wide awake, cat nap and toss & turn until morning. Have been evaluated for sleep apnea, none found. My issue is chronic pain. It's maddening...:(

I've learned to listen to my body. On "good" days, I push myself to do a bit more. Baby steps over the past year have made a huge difference in my mobility issues.
