I read we're doing mileage again? Count me out. I can't keep increasing mine. I'd rather focus on minutes active. I'm active a lot more than just when I walk/bike.

I don't use mine to track sleep either. (I have a flex). I don't even have my flex synced to MFP anymore because it bothered be with the calorie adjustments. I vote HRM or a standard pedometer, but that's just me.

No. I've been on b.c. for about 6 months, and it's consistent where I don't lose (or maybe a pound) during 3 weeks, then lose about 3 or 4 during the T.O.M.

Honestly, I don't really feel the need to track, but it helps me keep track. For example, I could make a turkey sammich, and that's about 150 calories the way I make them, and add chips for 260 cal total, but I like tracking so I can see.
