I got 5 days in this week starting with last Sunday. Treadmill on Sunday, Elliptical on Monday, New Years 5k on Tuesday, 30 Day Shred on Wednesday, Treadmill on Thursday. Taking today and tomorrow off to recover and begin again on Sunday!

Starting Weight: 196 Goal Weight - 160 (This is also my goal weight for 2013) I am getting married in July so if I can lose 1 pound a week, that will be about 30 lbs before the wedding!

I believe nothing is bad in moderation. I don't drink coffee but I do drink soda and eat fast food as it fits into my calories. It's all about a lifestyle you can live with. If you need your coffee...than just drink it! :)

GNC Lean 25 Shake with 8oz milk and 8oz water...pretty filling...and usually a banana or something like that...

A couple small squares of the Dove Dark Chocolate...or a couple of mini 3-muskateers - works for me most of the time! If it's really bad, a Hershey bar only has 210 calories.

I use the Body Bugg and love it! It is $9.95 a month but worth it. I used MFP to track calories as I don't really like their program. But knowing what you really burn is half the battle. Enjoy your fitbit!

I have one and love it!! I wear it now only when doing workouts to get more accurate calorie burns. I like it better than a HRM.
