I started running at 207 and dropped to 177 in 3 months!! I'd say do it but start off slow!! I did c25k and now I can run 5 miles at a pretty good pace. I think using knee braces saved my knees.... they hurt a little in the beginning but now I have almost no pain when I run =) Good luck hun!

My sister had the same problem. She would only have 1 or 2 periods a year. She has lost over 100lbs and her periods are now becoming normal. If you go on the pill it will help regulate them. I worked out a ton ( lots of running) and counted every calorie I put in my mouth :)

The hardest thing for me was starting.... I was a heavy heavy pepsi drinker and gave it up cold turkey! I cleaned out my cupboards and went to the store.... I haven't looked back =) I lost about 12 lbs the first month I think. My weight loss has been pretty steady though thank GOD!!

Juicing has helped me a lot!!! Try adding things in that hide the taste like pineapple and lemon =) I hate veggies to but I am getting better =)

I have tried it and it really helped to jump start my weight loss. I stopped about a month ago and am still losing 1-2lbs per week =) I'd say give it a go... I had mine at lunch time so I didn't feel starved all day =)

I had to increase my calories for a little bit and push it on my workouts..... I have only hit a plateau once about a year ago( I was down a lot more and gained it back). I wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it.... I have tried a ton of sports bras and always feel like I'm gonna give myself a black eye lol!!

I have lost 20 lbs on the nuva ring no problem.... My doc said eat like a pig and you will gain but create a deficit and birth control won't cause any problems

I have had 4 kids so I don't think mine will completely tighten up. It does look better 20lbs lighter though :)

Diet sodas give me headaches.... bad bad headaches! I stick to water, coffee and green tea. I was a pepsi freak for the longest time and it was very hard to give up. Now when I drink one I feel super guilty =/

As soon as I started seeing the scale move I kinda got addicted to working out. I haven't ran in 3 days because of the stomach flu and I am going NUTS! I will NEVER give up my coffee!! I have never had any issues losing weight drinking coffee. I did switch to black coffee to save my cals for food.
