I have been on the nuva ring for years and I love it. I have successfully lost over 50lbs while on it. I would wayyyyy rather have to work harder than have another baby.... 5 is enough for me =)

I didn't gain at all.... If you are losing the right way you shouldn't gain weight back so quickly. Why bother going if you are going to restrict yourself on everything?

I started the C25k program in December. I did it for about 4 weeks and found a pace that I could do for.... well I havent found out how long yet lol. I just did 8 miles yesterday. If your diary was open we would be able to help more. If your eating is under control maybe you need to go to the next level with your running. It's hard to put the whole puzzle together without all of the pieces.

My sister had the sleeve done and I am sooooooo proud to say she has lost over 100lbs!!!!!!!!! She had her surgery in August of last year and looks afrikinmazing!!! Good luck to you!!!

Sure I do! I keep under 1300 on the majority of days.... every now and again I have a real good cheat day =) I save them for a special occasion usually.
