• THIS absolutely... I had to completely re-learn how to shave my armpits...ridiculous!!
• This is pretty common. There are always issues with the app sync process and they have always resolved themselves. It is really annoying and I'm having the same issues with FitBit today.
• Deprivation is the diet killer, not the chocolate or wine. Like everyone said, fit it in your calorie goals!
• Awesome job! I had a similar NSV this season, I was finally able to buy a women's size jersey! My daughter and I have matching Wilson jerseys. :) My Branch jersey was a Men's XXL and it's down past my knees now. Go Hawks!!!!
• This one seems to have some great reviews. I may just need to try this out myself! http://www.amazon.com/DeskCycle-Exercise-Pedal-Exerciser-White/dp/B00B1VDNQA/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1418244283&sr=1-1&keywords=under+desk+exercise+equipment#Ask
• 1200 is actually relatively easy if you make good choices. I started last March at 309lbs and have eaten at or slightly below 1200 every day since then. The key for me is lots of filling vegetables and high protein, lower carbs is a necessity. I drink a lot of water/tea throughout the day, as well. I've only ever been…
• Walked through the mall today and wasn't disgusted by what I saw in the window reflections. I looked like a normal person, finally!
• My neighbor asked if I had surgery as I'd lost weight so quickly. I replied, no, I got a treadmill...lol She told me I looked fabulous and my husband agreed. I also fit into a size 16 jeans again this week after having them sitting in my closet for the past 8 years. I started this journey in March at a VERY tight 24. Yay…
• My boobs stick out farther than my belly again!!! ????
• Although I've never been a Wal-Mart clothing shopper (their styles remind me of my grandma..lol), I found their clearance racks to be a God-send over the last few months and I was able to buy some decent basic shorts this last week for $4 each--that's cheaper than the Goodwill!
• I know how discouraging this can be. I've now lost 66 pounds and JUST got to the point that I needed to go down in sizes. I still wear 4x shirts and I get upset that they still "fit". Eventually, I'll get there... but it's definitely hard now.
• When heavy, I typically run a 42G...when I'm smaller, say a 10-12, my bra size is 36H. I know that a lot of my friends increased their bust size when they were pregnant and when they lose weight, they saw their bra size go down too. I have a genetically large chest, so I think it just knows it has to stay big when I'm…
• Unfortunately, my band size goes down, but my cup size has always stayed the same. I just start looking very top heavy and it's annoying. At a size 10-12 pants, I'm still having to wear an XL shirt. :(

• I was 179 when I was a Size 10-12, but I have large breasts and am on the more muscular side in body composition at 5'5".
• With the amount of time some of these forum responders spend trolling threads to spout their infinite wisdom of everyone else's metabolism, perhaps they should apply to medical school and actually learn something about what they are talking about. If you have a question on whether 800 calories is possible or medically…
• You assumed that I don't work out. Like I said, many days I net below 500 calories. I work out 3-5 times a week with weights and cardio. Never feel hungry. Truthfully, it's all in what you fuel your body with and not necessarily how many calories you consume. But don't take it from me, ask a physician or nutritionist and…
•
This.... and 1200 calories is just not enough... toooooooooooo hungry lol
I've never had even the slightest pang of hunger eating even 1000 calories a day. With exercise, I will sometimes net below 500 calories. If you're hungry, then I would suggest eating different foods. For some reason, a lot of…
• I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and pretty much eat whatever anyone else is having... in moderation. I plan my dinner so that I am able to eat whatever my family is having and then back track to plan my lunch and breakfast. My diary is open, so feel free to look through and friend me if you have any questions. And regarding…
• I guess you know more than the doctors I work with...cool, I hope you get commensurate pay! :)
• I'd say it depends on how much you need to lose, how much exercise you do, and how hungry you are. Despite those that will cry out about "starvation mode" if you do any research about it, you'll soon learn it's an absolute myth. Unless you have less than 5% body fat, it is absolutely impossible to put your body into…
• My 6 year old does 3 day eventing and dressage. My motivation for being on this journey is to be able to enjoy the sport with her. At 260 pounds, I'm just too heavy to ride, needless to say enjoy riding with her. She desperately wants to ride down the beach this summer, but the weight limit is 220 for the horses they lease…
• Coffee, Lemon Water, Tea...in that order every day.
• This! Stretch, stretch, stretch!! I've done the shots and boot, both temporary. Stretching and rolling my foot over a ball has helped more than anything. If you read up on PF, it's obvious why stretching is likely the only thing that will work.
• I'm going to try and get longevity out of my clothes, so I suppose it's time to invest in a belt. My closet is full of 'goal' clothes, as they are the ones I wore before I was pregnant. What I'm faced with is the 8 sizes in between when I have nothing to wear. I just don't even want to invest a dollar in any clothing I…
• Anything that my husband uses to clean oil from our driveway is likely not the best thing to drink. Pass me the Fuji water, please!
• I'll be here a while and would love more friends. Feel free to add me
