there is plenty of information available to cut weight before fights as far as restricting liquid and food intake. Look for this on MMA and wrestling devoted websites. But, you should try to lose as much weight by healthy means up until a few days before the weigh in. If you've never cut weight before though, I wouldn't…

why not try the "eat healthy foods in healthy portion and exercise" lifestyle?

you do not need to take creatine.

patience?

If you have noticed you have lost inches, what's the problem? What does it matter what the scale says? 3 weeks is not a sufficient time to notice significant loss, it could simply be a factor of when you weigh yourself, water retention, un calibrated scale, or other factors.

what's wrong with lifting weights and eating??
-
eat at a slight deficit and do compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, rows....) to maintain the maximal amount of muscle mass, but the loss of muscle mass will happen.
-
pick a legitimate program, there were several listed in the previous posts, the one you are currently trying does not make sense according to your goals. What are your goals? you cannot build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
-
you're 19, bulk until you reach your strength goals.
-
it depends on what your goals are, provide more information.

chalk use one reversed grip hold the bar deep in your hand (I don't know how to explain this well) your hand will develop callouses and after a while it won't hurt. it's supposed to be difficult and put strain on your body, that's the point. in your pic I see you wearing gloves, these could actually hinder your…

No, how much "lean" muscle mass you gain depends on amount and quality of resistance training, calorie surplus and to some degree genetics/age/etc..
-
do resistance training HIIT bodyweight exercises if you don't want to do this go for a run to shed calories

You only started a month ago, many times in styles such as thai boxing we assume you are going to give up (rention rate seems to be low when people aren't constantly chasing the "belt" carrot), so we don't always want to spend our time instructing newbies on the basics. I realize this is the wrong attitude, but it's a…

Yes, you should work out when you have the time.

Thrown by a wrist lock? I sense over compliant training.....

I only stare at the people doing bicep curls in the squat rack. Some of you reading this are this guy/girl!

1. you should lift weights, everyone should do resistance training 2. throw out your scale 3. I would suggest starting strength, or there are some female-specific weight training programs, follow these, they should include basic compound lifts such as: squat, deadlift, etc... 4. you cannot spot reduce 5. join a gym with…

Wow....some of you guys really took this too far and complicated a simple question, good job.

usually for women the hips and butt will be where the weight comes off last and goes on first, it's the most efficient place for your body to store fat.
-
If you wish to bulk, why 3 cardio sessions? I find doing a full body heavy routine impossible for more than a couple weeks, it's too much strain on your system to go heavy on all your groups that many times a week. As for as the time concern, there's always time, everyone is busy with work and private life you need to make…

No, I'm pretty sure you seriously meant what you said and are now backtracking your comment due to your public perception.

On behalf of "Big doods", I want to apologize for the d bagginess of the above comment.

All red meat is not created the same, some cuts are better than others. The Dr. gave you this advice probably to entice you to broaden the spectrum of your diet and to avoid big macs.

If you have not previously been involved in lifting weights your body is learning to recruit already existing muscle fibers. You aren't building muscles, this is what most people refer to as "newbie gains". If you think you are building muscle on a deficit, then you are probably either: Losing fat around already existing…

eat a lot and lift heavy weights.

Yes. If all you want is a flat midsection, it does not require working out of any kind.
