I wish I could NOT make myself eat enough! hardy har har. But seriously, I agree with Dave. Protein. I have a chocolate whey protein shake that I mix with ice and rice milk in the blender. You can also use frozen berries and make a smoothie. You can mix protein shakes with water or lowfat milk and ice.

You are going to have such a blast, such an amazing, incredible, magical time!!!! I just went in February for my birthday and I have to say it was the absolute BEST birthday I have had since my 6th birthday party when we went bowling and threw a strike, but trust me this is like a gazillion times better than that!!!!

Hey chat group. I've been using tea, lemon water, 3/4 organic vegetable broth to 1/4 organic veggie broth, and whey protein shakes as fillers. I hope to lose a pound soon :):glasses:

I didn't notice the title was wrong until you mentioned it. Now it's driving me crazy too! And I don't even have any seedless grapes but I have been thinking about them a lot lately. I love them!

Thank you for the advice. I do drink Chamomile, sleepy time or bedtime tea and it really does help. I just have to remember to drink it!

I go through it periodically. All I have to do is take inositol and 3 mg. of DFH Melatonin. DFH stands for Designs for Health and it is the only melatonin that I have found to work seriously. Get this though, I don't take the natural supplements because I don't like to "take" anything. I want my body to work it out…

I think there are varying degrees of eating disorders. I do not take this subject lightly and I do understand that it can be life threatening. I just have a tendency to overeat and I use to binge eat which I haven't done in quite a long time. I hope that anyone facing a serious disorder will get help.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but I definitely believe in the power of cleansing. I do the perfect cleanse it is a 7 day program and I like it very well.
