  • I'm 5'2.5" and my goal weight right now is 120lbs. I used to want to be 115lbs but that was really hard to maintain, so I'd like to just be 120 and have muscle :) Fit and toned!
  • I am grateful to God for all He has blessed me with. Even when I fail Him, He is constantly there! I am grateful for my to have a wonderful husband who is sweet, kind, loving, faithful, & caring. He treats me like a princess whether we are side by side or a million miles away. I feel lucky being married to my best friend!…
  • Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Life - Cinnamon or Maple Brown Sugar flavors, Special K Chocolate, Quaker Oatmeal Squares - Brown Sugar, PB Captain Crunch, & Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Yeah, if cereal had more nutritional value, I'm pretty sure I could live off of it, lol.
  • I've heard good things about the cereal, never tried it though. I like things that I can mix with my greek yogurt (yeah the Dannon or Chobani kind, I said it!), so like Kashi is good for that and tastes great. Oh, but I love Life cereal too! Honestly though, if some people are complaining about sugar, I sure as heck hope…
  • I eat out with my husband on the weekends sometimes but we usually try to eat at home. It's nice to eat out but its not always easy to find out how many calories are in a meal. Not to mention, its usually not easy on the wallet!
  • Depends, what type of class is it?
  • I'm 5'2" and I weigh 127. My goal weight is 120 and then to maintain and acquire more muscle :) I workout about 5-6 days a week! Feel free to add me, God bless and good luck to ya'll :)
  • I am going to try this after I weigh-in this week and see what happens. Thank you for sharing it!! :)
  • I usually log as I go but on days I have school and have to stay the whole day, I try to pre-log it. But most of the time, I log right after I consume the meal or make it so its there and I don't forget :) I have some MFP friends that pre-log and I think thats great!
  • I always am used to opening the door for anyone, whether its a man or woman. My dad always taught me that a man with manners will always open the door for you and I guess I kind of took that to heart. My husband always opens the door for me and honestly, I'm not used to that. I'm used to always opening the door for myself…
  • Are you eating enough during the day and eating every 3-4 hours? At night time, a lot of us get cravings but usually because we are bored or stressed maybe from the day. It's okay to eat at night as long as its within calories for your day. Sometimes eating things like popcorn or high fiber snacks helps :)
  • Did you give up eating your favorite foods? To a certain degree. Did you replace them, cut down, or just get rid of them? I cut down my portion sizes. Do you have "cheat" days? Sometimes. We're all human. I had one yesterday. I went over by 520 calories (my daily is set to 1220), so it wasn't a complete blow out. I just do…
  • My husband is active duty Marines and I have a small income. Together, we make it and have gotten a savings going (its not much but its a start!). I clip coupons and we don't really spend much unless its a necessity. Thankfully, we have 3 cars paid off before we got married so that isn't an expense for us. It takes a lot…
  • When I was first getting back in shape, I started with Turbo Jam. I recently got the mini version of Turbo Fire to see if I would like it or not. I will say, its very intense but it goes by quickly and you can really burn a great amount of calories in a short amount of time due to its intensity. Right now, I am doing both…
  • I have always dated people with a license so I never had that problem. However, I never had my license till this year. No, its not because I lost it due to reckless driving, its cause I have vision in only one eye due to premature birth so it took me longer but I have it now (and no just because I have vision in one eye,…
  • Congrats to you on making the decision to get healthy and fit. Remember, everyone here started somewhere! We are all here to help and support. Can't wait to see all your progress during your journey. God bless you!
  • I try to but I usually eat less during my TOM than I normally do when I'm not on it so it depends :) Exercise does help to relieve cramps though so you should try it & see.
  • I can't see any of your pictures, its not showing up :( However, kudos to you for being halfway there!! I see you are from Vermont too, the beautiful green mountain state ;) That is awesome! My husband is from there and I have been there a handful of times now, it is beautiful! :) Keep up the great work with your loss!! :)
  • I should delete some of the people who never seem to sign on too, that's a good idea. Anyways- I am an active member, I log on almost everyday and try to comment on everyone and be a good encourager :) You can add me if you'd like!
  • I eat anywhere between 1200-1500 calories a day. I eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full. Food is still going to be there tomorrow and I'm not going to force myself to eat empty calories just to make a "calorie goal". Everyone's body is different, we all have different metabolisms. I say do what works for you and when…
  • I drive a 2006 Toyota Tacoma TRD Prerunner V6. My husband drives a 2009 Ford Focus SE (although I dislike Ford's, it gets great gas mileage) and a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, lifted, with a wench (we use it in the summer & to go muddin'... thats about it since the gas mileage is worse than my truck!). I just feel blessed all our…
  • That's a beautiful top! I say wear it, you look very pretty girl! Be proud of your accomplishments :)
  • I go by both but I'm one of those people that weigh myself everyday but only record a weight like once-a week if that makes sense.
  • I never eat all my calories unless they are days where I take a break. I burn about 500-700 calories a day so I should be eating a lot more than I am but honestly, I space my meals out and I just don't get hungry after about 1200-1300 calories a day so I quit eating. I think its more of a preference thing than anything…
  • I can't think of anything else except for coupon shopping. I coupon shop a lot (we are a military family) and I save a lot doing that. I will say compare prices for frozen veggies vs. canned veggies - depending on the sales, you can get all kinds :) Rice and beans as people say go a long way. Best of luck to you!! (BTW -…
  • Popcorn Indiana is good and 1 cup is very filling, comes in a variety of sweet/salty flavors! Also the snackwells mini bags of popcorn are yummy too and easier to portion control. Okay, I'm a little obsessed with popcorn, lol. Carrots and hummus are good for a snack. Apples are yummy too and filling :)
  • I'm almost 5'3", my goal weight is 120. I currently weigh 129 and wear a 3-5 in jeans. I would like to maintain 120 and get back down to a 2-3 in jeans. Hope that helps!
  • When I lost a lot of weight the first time around, I tried to do that and within a few years, I gained it all back. I have a feeling I'm one of those people that will always have to watch what I eat whether I log it or not, just the way my body is :(
  • Here's what you do: SW: 140.2 CW: 130 GW: 125 Weigh in Dates: 9/1: 130 (This is after I ate breakfast) :( 9/8: 9/15: 9/22: 9/31: Total weight lost: TBD
  • Oooooh boy! Mine will be a LONG list, however, I can't eat a lot in one sitting so it'd be more like bites of each thing, lmao! - Huevos rancheros from this mexican restaurant in Old Town San Diego - Arby's Curly Fries - Pint of Ben & Jerry's Mud Pie Ice Cream - Slice of funfetti birthday cake with buttercream icing -…
