hey, i think you should check in with your doctor first, but walking more often, keeping your legs elevated, and wearing compression stockings may help... But definitely check in with your doctor first.

so one time i missed the spin class by like 10 mins so i decided to just do it by myself on a bike, which had all the fancy bells and whistles so about 60 minutes later it said that i did about 22 miles i think. but it really depends, i usually give it my all and go nuts...

i think regardless of whether its due or not due to juicing, u should go to your doctor. He'll run a urine analysis, KUB x-ray and/or ultrasound. if he thought u had a UTI and gave u an antibiotic that means he got a urine dipstick from u at the least. which probably showed some white blood cells. So anyways long story…

make sure the gym is not so busy that you won't be able to get an equipment when u want it. Classes: i love the spin classes, it burns about 600 cals per class and its fun. Ellipticals are awesome, make sure they have enough of those and are not broken. and don't forget to count cals thats what really matters

i try to go around ~600, which is about 60 mins of spin class. than i usually add a weight training to it. I think a work out should burn at least as much as a decent meal.
