Im 5'5 and weigh 120 lbs. I am at maintence and eat between 1500-2500!! Just depending on the day!!

I LOVE pb2....i sometimes eat in with the water and one packet of stevia...usually though i mix it into yogurt, protein shakes, oatmeal, i have even done oatmeal pb2 cookies...delish!!

I get massages, and see the chiropractor, both help. At night i take a rolling pin and go down the band to loosen it up. IT band injuries are the WORST!! I couldnt run for almost a year, but im doing great now, you just have to keep up on it!

The people that leave" wtg or good job"are trying to motivate and keep you positive, you REALLY want someone too say something like 'gross how did you eat that" come on this is a site of support. I suggest you close your diary, or accept all comments with no rant!

Just stay away from those things, or eat them in moderation...when you eat refined carbs your blood sugar spikes, ie...you gain weight!! I have to watch carbs from refied sources or i sweat all night feel horrid and yes gain weight! That stuff isnt good for you anyway...

Insanity is AMAZING!!! went from a 5/6 to a 1/2...still weigh about the same...but everyone says "you have just shrunk!" Its hardcore, get ready for you @ss to be handed to you!!! Hahaha!! its the best....im currently doing The Aslyum!

The only true way to make your abs show is by leaning out, you cant spot reduce fat, so lowering your body fat % overall is the only way to do it!! I've read the female body needs to be at 18% for abs to show, dont know if thats true....

Chocolate whey protein powder,1.5 cups water, 3 frozen strawberries, tbsp. peanut butter, ice....blend and enjoy! Delicious!!

I go strictly on a day to day basis. If I wake and i'm hungry i make my protein shake, drink a little of it then workout...otherwise i mix aminos in my water and workout....really just depends on how i personally am feeling!

greek yogurt, stevia, protein powder and lots of frozen fruit of your choice...i do strawberries and banana....blend with a little ice, easy AND delish!!

I would use sugar free raspberry preserves, applesauce instead of butter, and whole wheat flour, and splenda brown sugar blend....sounds yummy!!

I dont drink when running...mix aminos in your water before the race, and hydrate after, you should be good to go!! Good Luck!!!

Ive had great results alternating days between heavy lifting and HIITs...your plan sounds great, i usually do 4 sets of 10 reps....you may not be wanting a girls opinion;) haha!!

I dont....I sweat a TON doing Insanity, but i'm not sore...p90x not nearly as much sweat, but the sore muscles prove a good workout!! If you feel you worked hard and pushed yourself thats all that counts!!!

Ive always heard eat throughout the day starting from your first meal...so if you eat at 7 am, quit eating at 7pm. I usually dont have a set time that i stop, but late night if i have munchies i eat fats(peanut butter, almonds, pistachios) works for me!

I workout everyday, eat close to 2000 cals...and have maintained 120lbs since July....EAT MORE! Thats good new right;)

diet is 90 percent!! Ever heard abs are made in the kitchen? Its true HOWEVER working out will, specifically strenght will build muscle, therefore burn more calories!! I'm all for a good workout! Start with the diet though, and you'll start seeing results! Good luck!!

I got cortizone shots in both of mine...hasnt hurt since.....BUT they are SOOO painful!!! I would see a specialist asap, before it gets worse!! And WTG Insanity is just that...i'm on the Asylum now!!

I drink soda, tea, ect...but I ALWAYS have a bottle of water with me as well....i dont even know how much i drink in a day, i dont monitor it, as long as i always have a liter with me!!

The best way i have gained any muscle is lifting heavy...for me lots of reps with light weight has done nothing! I do a metobolic arm workout with 20lbs and have seen awesome results! 3-4 sets each arm 10 bicep curls 10 swings 10 bent over shoulder fly

I eat anywhere between 1500-2300 depending on the workout....and basically just my hunger level!! I am maintaining 120 for 9 months now eating this way!!
