Thanks ladies!!! Oh and that 120 was supposed to be 1200!! Hahah....i wouldnt survive a minute on 120 calories!!! I feel like i work and have worked to hard to gain weight back, yet 2000 cals seems to be where i fall...I will check the group out!!!

I do!!! Once every 2 weeks i have a total cheat day! Last sunday i ate brownies, ice cream, tacos...junky food all day...then back on the wagon! I have 1 cheat meal every week, just not as crazy as the one every 2 weeks..works for me!!

i dont cook it! I mix mine with greek yogurt, almond butter, banana and protein powder, let sit in fridge overnight...delicisous the next morning!!

pan pizza, cheese bread, 100 calorie pack cookies....problem is i had like 10 of them....well over 5000 cals...all fat and carbs gross!!!

I do Insanity, or lift daily i burn between 400-500 hundred cals average and have been eating 1300-2400 cals. I am maintaining but when i was losing i still ate 1650...EAT MORE:) i bet it helps...worked for me!!!

I enjoy racing and running a couple times a week, other than that I would much rather lift or do Insanity...it kicks my butt!! So when i run its more for fun and taking a break from other workouts...my runs are usually about 8 miles...so i'm kinda with ya, i'm just not meant to be a "runner"

THANKS! Maybe you hit it with the macros...more consistancy there....the only one i ever hit consistantly is protein and i eat about 150 grams...other then that fat and carbs there is no average its all over the place! and yes time too!!!
