Why do u HAVE to use the gross stuff? Toss it! Try Metobolic Reset its tastes great and has fiber, and only 130 cals in 2 scoops, i use 1 scoop and blend with strawberries and yogurt. Its $45.00 at the health food store but only $20something at netrition.com

I have completed 2 rounds of Insanity...round 1 month 2 i took breaks, didnt get as many moving pushups or suicide jumps as they did, just keep pushing though you will be sooo glad you did!!! You CAN do it!!!!

I think its all about how your body metabolizes those calories! So i'm with him...and the Twinkie diet...gross!! I would like to see someone after the twinkie diet, or the same cals. eating clean...body composition i bet would be different...ie skinny fat!!

As long as i am eating clean, i dont worry about the sugar. Natural sugars in whole foods are not going to effect you like sugar in cake or cookies. Choose lower sugar fruits like berries over dried fruits, milk and yogurt have natural sugars as well. It definately doesnt mean you should consume less of these things to…

crunches built muslce UNDER the fat layer...i say lean out and your abs will show...i never do crunches, I do standing as well as lying core work.

I eat between 1800-2500 cals. My higher cal days are mostly from nuts, and nut butters...also when i lift heavy i eat more protein and fats, I have maintained 120 lbs. since Sept. eating this way! Good Luck!!!
