Any women in maintence eating 2000 cals?
Hey! I have a very active lifestyle...being a rancher:) adn am eating anywhere from 2000-2300 cals a day! I am feeling like im going to start gaining, i need a happy medium. I'll eat 2300 one day feel guilty then eat 120 the next..its a terrible cycle! Anyone able to maintain eating 2000...while being active? THANKS!!!!

I switched my cals to maintence and started lifting heavy and more often then doing straight cardio. my hrm says i burn between 500 and 600 hundred cals average. My cals are set at 1830 before working out. Some days i eat 1300 some days i eat 2300 depending on how im feeling hungry or not. Average though is about 1850.…

Does an intense workout affect the scale the following day??
So yesterday i my workout was intense, then i had a busy day following...my cals. were to low (only 1100) a usual day for me is anywhere between 1400-1800! my sodium was in range, Mondays are my usual "weigh in" days and the scal is up about 3lbs. Going over calories....effects??
I am always within range of my calories, including my exercise calories, i am usually under about 200....well yesterday was a HUGE exception....lets just say OVER by about 1000!!!!
