But i am curious....what is everyone out there doing to be successful? Sticking to calorie defecit exactly? Eating all or half exercise calories? Ignoring exercise calories? I have been eating the exercise cals. when i am hungry for them, and not when i don't need them, however i just started logging again, and am curious…

Any women doing P90X lean....and not losing??
I am just starting week 3 of p90x lean.....i have gained weight using it!!! i realize muscle weighs more than fat...but it is a little discouraging kicking your butt everyday, watching the diet VERY closely and gaining lbs.!!!! arrggg!! Has anyone tried the Jackie Warner Workout dvd...its great!
I started the video 2 weeks ago, 3 times a week.....it consists of lower body, upper body and abs, each lasting 20 minutes....So before i started i could not even do the ab roller 1 time(pathetic!!) today i did it 6 in a row!!!! the dvd was only $10 at walmart i recommend it to anyone :happy:

Knee injury...i am going nuts!!

I know i have asked for advice on this before, but i am still doing it!! ARRR!! I do really well with my portion control most days, but it seems every 4-5 day i am out of control eating sooo much, it is killing my weight loss goals! training for a triathalon ?'s

Anyone heard of the No S Diet??
Has anyone tried this? It sounds very simple and do-able! No S means, No snacks, No sweets, No seconds, with the exception being the days that start with S (Saturday, Sunday, and Special days, such as holidays) during the week days you eat any food you like, basically in moderation, then the weekends are your "cheat"…

I have seen many diets that allow one cheat day per week, which allows you to eat all the foods that you basically shouldn't be eating!! Is a calorie a "calorie"
I was on another site which stated that a calorie is a unit of energy no matter where it comes from calories are calories.......so are you telling me 500 calories from fruit and veggies, and 500 calories from a piece of chocolate cake will be used by your body the same??
