In response to people who have not lost weight..............."Maybe you gained muscle". or "you're probably gaining muscle and it weighs more than fat". Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
1 - a pound of fat, a pound of muscle, a pound of feathers.........THEY ALL WEIGH A POUND.
2 - plus half the time the poster will state they just started working out. You don't gain muscle in one weeks time.

Uh, thank you!!! I haven't been on MFP for long, but I've always wondered why so many people get their undies in a twist. In my mind, the "by volume" part is always assumed.
It's the same as when I say that water weighs more than gasoline. Do I really have to tell you I'm referring to a gallon? Sheesh.0 -
