    They're cliche, but it's just about impossible to come up with anything original, so I'm fine with that sort of thing.

    Regarding number 3, you don't say :noway: - sheesh, stick the SAME SIZE in volume of fat and muscle next to each other and there is a difference in size even though they weigh identical in weight.
