  • Hi you need to eat, if you only eat fruit and veg you cannot get nearly enough calories and you will make yourself ill, been there myself, give yourself a break, nourish your body once the medication has your levels under control then worry about the weight

  • Hi, in addition to some great advice I would suggest getting your thyroid levels checked, having a baby can be one of the triggers for hypothyroidism... nothing worked for me until I was diagnosed (v low calories and exercise was making me ill!) and then I lost 2 stone
  • Hi, i have been like this for a few weeks, tired and brain fog all the time Last night I exercised, nothing too hard just a half hour walking workout on the treadmill And then 20 minutes of weights.
