You could log it on here as 3 15 minute miles. So, it says walk, 15 minute mile, how many minutes=45 minutes. The other way to calculate is to get some thing like a heart rate monitor to know really how many calories you are burning! :)

20 lbs difference. 180ish is the first 3. The second 3 are 160. Still a lot to go. But, just came across these and was surprised at the difference 20 lbs has made! :) 110-125 is my goal weight; i am 5' .25" tall.

This has happened to my mom and I both. I think it has to do with how weight loss affects the shape of the face, thus affecting how the same cut can look different, even though it is not :)

Since I have never made it to cycle 2 even, I can't give any input as far as personally, but I am part of a facebook group, and it seems really common for weight loss to slowwww wayyyy dowwwwn during the second and third cycles and pick back up when you restart cycle 1. i guess it is all part of how it ends up working…
