Switch Witch!!! The night after Halloween (Sunday night) have the kiddos put the Halloween buckets full of candy out on the front porch. The Switch Witch will come and take all the candy and leave a new toy, book or what ever your child loves in its place. My kids love this.

I am truly amazed at the differences sizes play into what you weigh. I am 5'4" and some people on here have said they weigh more than me and are already in a size 16. Thanks for giving me your measurements. My waist is 42 and my hips are 52 so that is why a 20 is still more comfy. I guess I will plan on being a 16 by the cruise and hope for the best. I will probably be a 20 when I get home. Hope not!!

Thanks for all the info. Although now I am more confused because I weigh 210 and am still in a 20 and some seem to be in a 14 already. I guess everybody is different. I have had kids, so I have the saggy belly! LOL

So I read a little on the skin brushing. It said that when your skin is itching it is healing. My stomach and waist at the sides and above my hips has been very itchy and has a small rash right now. I thought it was a chemical from the pool I had a reaction to, but do you think it is because skin is shrinking?

Its only like a cup of fruit total. Is that too much at once? And all I have had today is a Mcdonalds grilled chicken salad, balsmaic vinegrette dressing, 1 cup rice a roni, 1 cup peas, and 3 oz salmon. Plus I walked for 30 min at 3.0 and did 150 situps.

I have lost 25 pounds over the past 2 months. Lost 2 inches in hips and even 1 inch in the neck, but have not lost even 1/2 a inch in the waist. Does anyone know some good waist exercises. I found a recipe to stirfry mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and garlic together. Melt fat free provolone chesse and place on a whole wheat bun. I want to make it for dinner, but what can I use to stirfry the veggies instead of oil? Any suggestions?? Thanks

I am always over in protein and under in calories and fat!! I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, salmon and brocolli for lunch and a Lean Cuisine panini with salad for dinner. I am over by 35 points in protein. Is that okay? Why is the protein set so low? Isn't it better to be low in fat and calories. Thanks for any advice!!

I seem to go over in protein a couple times a week and always am about 200-300 calories under a day. Any idea of a problem going over in protein. I still seem to be losing about 2 pounds a week, which is my goal.

Our (male) PE coaches have a "boot camp" on Tuesdays and Thursdays for us after school. They love to be able to yell at the teachers and not get in trouble especially the Principal. We also have kickball or volleyball on Fridays after school. We start a district wide kickball tournament this weekend.
