I did best while I did the shred too! I actually workout out 6 times a week. Now I am down to like 3 times a week. Same amount of time each week but energy levels are down since I only work out 3 times a week. I feel lazier and like I have to talk myself into a workout more. Might pick up another one of her videos to keep…

Winco. It is actually cheaper the Walmart! Use to shop at Walmart till we moved to a city that had a Winco now we go there.

So 5 weeks ago it said I would weigh 191 on April 4th. On April 1st I weighed 190.5!!! I hope this stays true because now in 5 weeks it says I will weigh 184.5!!! May 8th!

I am 5'11 and probably weighed 145 so skinny. Now I am at 190. Goal is to be 170-175

I weight myself 2 times a dail but only track on Monday mornings. I like to weight myself in the moring as soon as I wake up and at night before I go to bed. I usually am 3 lbs heavier at night but the reason why I do it is because it makes me feel good that even at my heaviest I am still 6lbs lighter then before.

Okay results are in!!! 30 Day Shred. My profile picture is of day 1, 10, 20, 30! I lost 1 inch in my arm, 3in chest, 3in belly botton, 3.5in in hips, 2.5 in my theigh and 7.5 lbs!!!! Take a look at my pictures and tell me what you think!! I am very proud of my results and hard work!!

Great results. I am doing day 29 tonight and cant wait for it to be over. My scale did that too. I think that its because your muscles retain some water with this workout since you never really give your muscles a break. Cant wait to take my pics and measurements on Wednesday!!!

Day 28 I think I will be finishing on Monday since I always take sundays off. Today on my ellipitcal I did my normal 15 minutes after my 30 day shred and for the first time I was able to go longer and harder then before. Also I didnt get so sweaty. I am so proud of myself. I have never stuck to any excersize for more then…

Beer never get me to drunk so I love it. Wine makes me warm and happy. Tequila makes me crazy and I can never remember what I did. Sober to drunk in 6 shots. Rum best drunk ever!!! Goes from sober to buzzed to drunk and I can feel it all not like OMG how did I get so drunk. Vodka makes me from sober to puking so fast. Hate…

If you use simple math like you learn in elementary school, there is no negative numbers. it would go 9 - 5 = 4 + 5 = 9 X 0 = 0 + 3 = 3. This is why my first anwser was 3. Hmmm
