I've been doing the 30 DS I'm on day 23 and though I haven't lost weight, I've definitely have firmed up. Muffin top, back and stomach fat have been reduced I feel stronger and less jiggly.

In my past experience running alone didn't do much for my shape. I did 30 day shred a couple of years ago along with daily walking and was thinner than I ever had been in my life and it defintely changed the shape of my body for the better. Learning new habits is hard. Also, though it does happen for some, it's not like a switch you suddenly set to eat right and exercise. Expect to have bumps in between, but keep forging forward.

That happened to me the first time I did 30ds too. Listen to your body. A little soreness is ok... But not too much

She'll eventually stop taking the shots and probably gain back the weight. You however, will have learned more about exercise, nutrition, and how your body works.

Lol well that explains it. Did workout stage 1 A2 last night with 50 added pounds. I thought it felt heavier than 50 lbs. Ar any rate I need to move away from that smith machine. The range of motion did feel too unnatural.

Wow that is impressive. I thought I'd start with 20 lbs in each hand but was not able to come back to standing position at the end of each rep I had to lower the weight way down to do the exercise correctly to only 12.5 in each hand.

Yes. Local run shop guy explained that the belts on the treadmill tend to slide so you really have to pay attention to your form. I personally have also found i tend to think i can run at a faster pace on the treadmill and that can cause knee problems for me.

Oh also it was hard for me because i needed a wide toe box but narrow heel. Try Brooks, Or Saucony.... I also likes the Adidas Boston. Right now i use a Brooks Ghost.

Yep you probably need a shoe with a wider toe box. I also got fitted at my local running store and they put mr in a larger size shoe than i normally wear.
